Our Confidentiality Guarantee

Confidentiality - The former IRS attorneys of Tax Whistleblower Law Firm, LLC guarantee your confidentiality.  Not only do we take steps to protect your identity, but we guarantee that neither the personnel of Tax Whistleblower Law Firm, LLC nor the IRS and its personnel will disclose your identity.  This guarantee means that we will forfeit any fees to which we may otherwise be entitled if we or the IRS errantly disclose your identity as a tax whistleblower.

In addition, if we feel, based upon our experience as former IRS trial attorneys, that your testimony will ultimately be required in the tax whistleblower matter, we will inform you prior to submitting any information to the IRS.  This allows you to make an informed decision, before submitting a claim, regarding whether you still desire to proceed should your testimony be necessary to secure a reward.  Once the case is accepted by the IRS, the IRS could issue a subpoena requiring your testimony in a tax court matter.  Therefore, it is best for you to be aware of and consider this contingency prior to submission of your case to the IRS under the Tax Whistleblower Reward Program.

The Tax Whistleblower Law Firm, LLC guarantee of confidentiality, as reflected in our Standard Fee Agreement, is as follows:

Guarantee of Confidentiality

Attorney agrees to guarantee the confidentiality of the Client as a tax whistleblower.  Such guarantee may be waived by the Client at any time by the Client signing a written waiver.  However, should there otherwise be an inadvertent disclosure by the attorney, the attorney’s office and/or the IRS or its employees, the attorney will waive all fees to which the attorney may have been entitled pursuant to this Agreement.
