We are sure you have read other websites of law firms claiming to do tax whistleblower cases and perhaps their firms' press releases regarding how many whistleblower cases they have or much in Tax Claims they have submitted. Unlike many other tax whistleblower firms that state they understand the importance of confidentiality, but then issue a press release to announce their whistleblower successes, we do not and will not announce our accomplishments in whistleblower cases. We will guarantee your confidentiality.
Our commitment to you is privacy and confidentiality. We do not put our marketing efforts and our desire to obtain new cases before you and your case--your confidentiality is our priority. Such a press release that contains any identifying information such as the dollar amount of the case, the type of taxpayer involved (e.g., a Fortune 500 company), a client of a particular accounting firm, etc., risks disclosing the whistleblower's identity, and of all things it is by the whistleblower’s very own attorney. However, we will state that we have submitting a large number of Claims to the IRS involving "insiders to private transactions with special information" (referred to by others as "whistleblowers"), but we will not issue press releases or informational disclosing statements, brag, tell stories, etc., about our achievements for the sake of security, privacy of our client, and the sanctity of this process. We can also tell you that to date, every case submitted by the attorneys of this law firm has been accepted into the IRS Tax Whistleblower Program. Again, to date, no case submitted by the attorneys of this law firm have been rejected by the IRS.
We are Tax Whistleblower Attorneys. We engage in this type of legal work full time. We do not pretend to do other legal work and dabble in the IRS tax whistleblower line of work. We have been submitting cases to the IRS since the program began and we take our responsibility to our clients very seriously.
